Meet the Team


We’re lucky enough to have Brent Hudson as our executive chef at Parched Hospitality Group.

As the son of two chefs, Brent’s love of good food started early; if there’s anything he can’t cook well, we’re yet to discover what it is.

Hailing from the south coast of NSW Australia, Brent’s childhood was spent catching and cooking yabbies - kickstarting his encyclopedic knowledge of native ingredients and his relaxed, uniquely Australian style of cooking. School holidays were spent helping his mum in a Thai kitchen - a first taste of fish sauce at age nine sparked a lifelong love of Asian flavours and technique. A three month road trip through America’s south in 2015 spurred his passion for all things Americana: burgers, ribs, wings, and the like. A nine month stint living in an Amish barn and working at a farmer’s market inspired him to cook in pulse with the changing seasons. His family restaurants Lee and Me and His Boy Elroy, quickly became local favourites in his hometown of Wollongong, and he’s now made a new home for himself in New York City.

Today Brent’s kaleidoscopic influences reveal themselves in his current unique style - innovative pairings and signature dishes that throb with color and flavor - always with a dash of the unexpected.

AIDAN WALSH | The Sentry Event and Membership Coordinator

Aidan Walsh is an Australian born native, who has now been within the hospitality and development industry for a number of years. With a passion for deriving concepts based off what the general public needs, Aidan has been able to turn his passion into a career.

Moving away from Australia at a young age, Aidan had goals set in mind and a dream to pursue. His love for Super Yachts originally brought him to Monaco in the South of France, where he shortly became fascinated with the hospitality development sector.

Aidan worked closely with the Bagatelle Group in the South of France where he first begun his entrepreneurship and venture into the hospitality space. Aidan worked closely with clientele relations and business development team, before moving to Los Angeles where he set out to begin working on his own venture.

With a charismatic nature, charm and ambitious trait, Aidan was able to utilize his ever growing network, and become a partner of his first concept along Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, called 42 Rodeo. 42 Rodeo is a Mexican Fusion restaurant, bar and lounge, and will open in the later half of 2019. 

Aidan has worked and consulted for various membership clubs and hospitality groups in Monaco, London and most recently Los Angeles. We are excited to having Aidan on our team.
